Compared with the start of the pandemic, when the record-high volume of information reaching us was first recorded, today that amount has doubled. Processing so many news items at once and maintaining critical thinking is no longer possible, and that’s without even mentioning disinformation, fake news, and propaganda “bubbles” on social media that fuel anxiety and sow panic. How can you learn to filter information and not get lost in such an intense flow of news and events?
