“If a case becomes public or there is such a risk, you need to call not only a lawyer but also a communications professional, because the person inside the company starts to see the situation selectively and emotionally, and they need a clear head from the outside. In media analyses we see: what exactly they are accusing you of, which topic is growing, which channels are escalating it, what words, tone, and level they are using to accuse you, and so on,” said Jūratė Stankuvienė, director of the media analysis company Mediaskopas, at the PR Impact event Litigation Communication.
